I chose to live in Lake Arrowhead over 28 years ago and I know it was the best decision. I was in the accounting/business field before I made the leap of faith into Real Estate over 22 years ago. I have a savvy business sense and consistently stay on top as a top producing agent with the #1 company in mountain real estate.
I am high energy and sell real estate in Lake Arrowhead, CA and surrounding areas. I love the Lifestyle® that we enjoy here. The mountains are four seasons with mild temperatures and blue skies. I enjoy playing golf, pickleball, working out, hiking, cooking, gardening, church and hanging out with my family and friends. This is the small town that my heart belongs to. Being outside is obviously my favorite thing, and living and working in Lake Arrowhead allows me to indulge.

Kim is an amazing realtor. She was our realtor to help us buy our house in Lake Arrowhead. We decided to move to the mountains full time and she did a tremendous job of helping us get the house that perfectly fit our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, micro-climates, schools, and nuances of mountain life. She was very patient with us and willing to show us properties until we found our dream home.Her negotiating skills are top notch as was her help in getting the deal closed. She was very responsive our emails and phone calls and was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves. She helped with all the little details including inspections, contingencies, and even getting the driveway plowed for move-in day.Since moving in, she has continued to be super helpful referring us to quality people such as handymen, painters, etc.If you are looking for a Realtor in the Lake Arrowhead area I highly recommend Kim Sellers.
